		<description>I certainly had some newbie frustration at trying to setup our wordpress based sites on my DV. I tried adding the &#039;apache&#039; user to psacln, I tried changin permissions on uploads too.  After cleaning through your list, I realised the culprit was php safe mode instead.  Should have know better.. I had some errors with Drupal too until Safe mode was kicked.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for this article, it will be of great help to many DV newbs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Re: Wiki, I&#039;d go with Drupal straight out.  Setup might be more work but in the end you&#039;ve got great permission tools, and content management tools, and well lets face it.. you&#039;ve got some power there with Drupal for future expansion or add-ons.. pretty powerfull tools at your finger tips.. If you need, I&#039;d be glad to help out with the &quot;looks&quot; of it all.</description>
